Учитывая растущее медицинское, социальное и экономическое значение сосудистых когнитивных нарушений, их профилактика и лечение являются важными приоритетами в настоящее время. Выявление механизмов развития сосудистых когнитивных нарушений позволит целенаправленно проводить первичную и вторичную профилактику, а также осуществлять своевременную терапию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of vascular cognitive impairment increases with the population ageing. Given the growing medical, social and economic signiicance of vascular cognitive impairment, its prevention and treatment are important priorities nowadays.
