Проведено сравнение клинической эффективности и переносимости фиксированных комбинаций Тарка и Капозид у больных АГ I-II ст. тяжести высокого и очень высокого риска, ненормализовавших АД на предшествующей монотерапии. Исследование было ослепленным, рандомизированным («метод конвертов») с параллельными группами (по 20 человек в каждой). Больные получали в течение 6 месяцев по 1 таблетке препарата Тарка или Капозид. По своей антигипертензивной активности и способности уменьшать ГЛЖ и улучшать эластичность артерий Тарка существенно превосходит Капозид. Аналогичная зависимость выявлена и в отношении показателя Т/Р*. Тарка благоприятно влияет на уровень глюкозы крови, а Капозид оказывает негативное влияние на уровень калия.

The blinded randomized study the clinical effecacy and tolerability during 6 month therapy with one of two fixed combinations Tarka (verapamil SR+trandolapril) and Capozide (captopril+HCTZ) were compared patients (20 patients at every group) with arterial hypertension who did not achiev target blood pressure on monotherapy. Tarka was more effective decreased of left ventricular hypertrophy and improved vascular elasticity. Tarka also had better T/P coefficient. Tarka improved glucose level, Capozide worsen potassium levels.
