Активность микросомальных ферментов печени исследована с помощью антипиринового теста. Установлено, что эффективность антигипертензивной терапии существенно повышалась через 3 месяца - 3 года после устранения гиперфункции одного и двух надпочечников. При этом период полувыведения антипирина увеличивался на 88,5%. На основании полученных данных сделан вывод, что снижение толерантности к гипотензивной терапии обусловлено снижением активности монооксигеназной функции печени, ответственной за метаболизм большинства антигипертензивных препаратов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hypotensive drug tolerance and liver monooxygenase activity were investigated in 24 refractory arterial hypertension patients before and after surgical suppression of adrenal hyperfunction. Liver monooxygenase activity was studied using antipyrine test. It was found that hypotensive drug tolerance was decreased after one and two side operations on adrenal glands. In parallels halftime of antipyrine elimination was shown to be prolonged by 88.5%    in      3 months - 3 years after suppression of adrenal hyperfunction. Our findings suggest that the hypotensive drug tolerance diminution may be the consequence of liver monooxygenase activity reduction.
