В то же время, класс бета-блокаторов гетерогенен, свойства отдельных препаратов могут существенно отличаться. В статье представлены результаты обследования 50 больных, страдающих артериальной гипертензией 1-2 степени, имеющих высокий риск сердечнососудистых осложнений, подтвердившие метаболическую нейтральность, эффективность и хорошую переносимость бетаксолола.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The issues of use of beta-blockers as first-line antihypertensive treatment and their negative metabolic effects are debated during last two years. At the same time beta-blockers are heterogeneous class of drugs, characteristics some of them may be different.
