Целью исследования было исследование функции эндотелия у больных ХБП с АГ на протяжении 1 года. У 57 пациентов исходно был достигнут целевой уровень артериального давления (АД). При обследовании больных применили комплекс биохимических, иммуноферментных, и инструментальных методов. Через 12 месяцев у всех наблюдаемых АД было скорригировано на целевом уровне. У 55 больных (1 группа) скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ) увеличилась с 52,1 ± 2,9 до 70,7 ± 3,5 мл/мин (p &lt; 0,01). У 27 больных (2 группа) СКФ снизилась с 48,9 ± 4,8 до 38,7 ± 4,3 мл/мин (p &lt; 0,01). У больных  2-й группы уровень аннексина-А5 оказался значительно выше − более 3,5 нг/мл. В 1 группе отмечено улучшение эндотелийзависимой вазодилатации. Во 2 группе этого не произошло.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial hypertension (AH) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality of the patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The aim of this study was to estimate the function of endothelium in patients with CKD and AH during the period of 12 months. The target blood pressure was achieved in 57 patients initially. Complex examination including biochemical, immune-enzyme analyses and instrumental methods was performed. All patients achieved target blood pressure in 12 months. The glomerular filtration rate (GFR) increased in 55 patients (1st group) from 52,1 ± 2,9 to 70,7 ± 3,5 ml/min (p &lt; 0,01). GFR decreased in 27 patients (2nd group) from 48,9 ± 4,8 to 38,7 ± 4,3 ml/min (p &lt; 0,01). The level of annexin-A5 in patients of 2nd group was more than 3,5 ng/ml. Endothelium-dependent vasodilation improved in patients of 1st group.
