Цель исследования. Сравнение эффективности и прогностической ценности методой диагностики тяжести хронической сердечной недостаточности у больных старше 75 лет и младше 65 лет. Методы исследования. Обследование 212 пациентов разного возраста с ХСН, наблюдавшихся в кардиологическом отделении многопрофильного стационара. Результаты. При равных средних значениях ФК ХСП в исследуемой и контрольной группах, показатели ТШХ, MLHFQ, ШОКС достоверно хуже у лиц старческого возраста. Концентрация МНП и плазме крови у больных с ХСН повышена и обладает наивысшей предикторной возможностью в отношении 2,5-летней выживаемости у пациентов старческого возраста.
