Фибрилляция предсердий распространенное нарушение ритма у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью, которое зачастую приводит к ухудшению состояния таких пациентов. Настоящая работа посвящена оценке анатомо-функциональных особенностей левого предсердия с помощью эхокардиографии у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью, выявляющиеся у пациентов с развивающейся фибрилляцией предсердий на фоне сердечной недостаточности.
