Результаты. Применение карведилола и бисопролола в течение 36 недель у пациентов с ХСН ишемической этиологии и ОААНК сопровождается увеличением лодыжечно-плечевого индекса, толерантности к физической нагрузке и улучшением качества жизни. У всех пациентов с ОААНК имеет место дисфункция эндотелия различной степени выраженности. Наличие ХСН вносит существенный вклад в ухудшение состояния сосудодвигательной функции эндотелия у больных с ОААНК.
