Цель исследования: оценка динамики клинико-функционального статуса, качества жизни и сосудодвигательной функции эндотелия больных с ХСН ишемической этиологии и сопутствующим облитерирующим атеросклерозом артерий нижних конечностей (ОААНК), получающих терапию карведилолом, бисопрололом и не получающих терапию бета-адрепоблокаторами; оценка динамики клинико-функционального статуса и сосудодвигательной функции эндотелия больных с ОААНК. Результаты. Применение карведилола и бисопролола в течение 36 недель у пациентов с ХСН ишемической этиологии и ОААНК сопровождается увеличением лодыжечно-плечевого индекса, толерантности к физической нагрузке и улучшением качества жизни. У всех пациентов с ОААНК имеет место дисфункция эндотелия различной степени выраженности. Наличие ХСН вносит существенный вклад в ухудшение состояния сосудодвигательной функции эндотелия у больных с ОААНК. Невключение в комплексную терапию ХСН бета-адреноблокаторов приводит к дальнейшему ухудшению состояния эндотелиальной функции.
