Острая алкогольная интоксикация и хронический алкоголизм продолжают оставаться важной медицинской и социальной проблемой. В обзоре представлены современные представления о биохимических, молекулярно генетических и клеточных аспектах кардиотоксического действия алкоголя. Рассмотрены вопросы классификации алкогольной болезни сердца и особенности ее клинического течения.
