В статье обобщен опыт 2-летней терапии НАКГ у больных с фибрилляцией предсердий. Доказано существенное снижение ТЭО до 1,7 % в году пациентов с восстановленным синусовым ритмом, получающих постоянную терапию НАКГ. Показана безопасность терапии НАКГ, выделены предикторы геморрагических осложнений.
