В наше исследование было включено 52 пациента с постинфарктными ЖТ, из них в 17 случаях аблация проводилась с использованием навигационной системы картирования. По сравнению с конвенциальной методикой картирования  преимущество использования электроанатомической системы картирования в устранении постинфарктных ЖТ несомненно. Визуализация анатомических структур (рубцовые поля, естественные анатомические препятствия и так далее), оценка распространения возбуждения вкупе с традиционным электрофизиологическим картированием и стимуляционными маневрами на сегодняшний день являются наиболее оптимальным методом катетерной аблации ЖТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of our investigation was to compare the effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation of ventricular tachycardia in patients after myocardial infarction conventional fluoroscopic catheter mapping vs. electroanatomic mapping. 52 patients with ventricular tachycardia after myocardial infarction were included, 17 of them passed radiofrequency ablation using electroanatomic mapping. The preference of electroanatomic mapping was indubitable.
