В статье представлены современные литературные данные о тактике антиагрегантной терапии у больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС), которым планируется выполнение операции аорто-коронарного шунтирования. Приводятся результаты рандомизированных и открытых клинических исследований, посвященных анализу эффективности и безопасности назначения ацетилсалициловой кислоты и клопидогреля в периоперационном периоде. Представлены собственные данные о взаимосвязи между терапией ацетилсалициловой кислотой (Аспирин Кардио) в послеоперационном периоде и вероятностью рецидивирования клиники ИБС после хирургической реваскуляризации.

The article summarizes the data on antiplatelet therapy in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The results of both randomized and open efficiency and safety trials of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) and clopidogrel in the perioperative period are discussed as well as our own study results on association of ASA postoperative therapy with CAD recurrence after surgical revascularization are presented.
