Приводятся результаты рандомизированных и открытых клинических исследований, посвященных анализу эффективности и безопасности назначения ацетилсалициловой кислоты и клопидогреля в периоперационном периоде. Представлены собственные данные о взаимосвязи между терапией ацетилсалициловой кислотой (Аспирин Кардио) в послеоперационном периоде и вероятностью рецидивирования клиники ИБС после хирургической реваскуляризации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article summarizes the data on antiplatelet therapy in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
