Целью настоящего исследования было изучить взаимосвязь показателей центрального давления и сосудистой жесткости с различными факторами риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) у условно здоровых лиц с факторами риска, а также у лиц с артериальной гипертензией (АГ). Материалы и методы. Обследовано 115 условно здоровых лиц с факторами риска. У 63 из них отмечено повышение артериального давления (АД). Проведены анкетирование, антропометрия, определение липидного спектра и глюкозы. Показатели центрального давления и сосудистой жесткости определялись  на приборе SphygmoCor с помощью системы SphygmoCor Pх  (Австралия). Результаты. Все показатели, характеризующие жесткость сосудистой стенки были хуже в группе лиц с АГ, а также коррелировали с возрастом. У женщин отмечен более высокий индекс аугментации (ИА). Выявлена ассоциация скорости распространения пульсовой волны (СРПВ) с абдоминальным ожирением, гиперхолестеринемий и метаболическим синдромом. Выводы. Показатели центрального давления и сосудистой жесткости зависят не только от возраста, уровня периферического АД,  но  также  от антропометрических параметров и уровня общего холестерина крови. Наличие АГ сопровождается повышением сосудистой жесткости. Другие факторы в меньшей степени оказывают влияния на СРПВ и ИА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To assess relation between central blood pressure and arterial stiffness with cardiovascular risk factors. Design and methods. 116 subjects considering themselves healthy were examined. 63 showed blood pressure elevation. Anthropometry was performed and fasting blood specimens were obtained from all patients. Plasma glucose and lipids levels were measured. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) and augmentation index (AI) were measured by Sphygmocor Px device (Australia). Results. Parameters of arterial stiffness were strongly associated with hypertension, increased waist circumference, age, cholesterol level, and metaboloc syndrome. Females had higher AI as compared to males. Conclusion.
