Уровень адипонектина снижался по мере увеличения индекса массы тела. Установлены связи между уровнями адипонектина, триглицеридов и холестерина липопротеинов высокой плотности у больных абдоминальным ожирением. У больных артериальной гипертензией и абдоминальным ожирением значения общего холестерина, холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности и триглицеридов были достоверно выше, чем у больных абдоминальным ожирением без артериальной гипертензии. С увеличением индекса массы тела возрастали уровень инсулина и индекс инсулинорезистентности (HOMA-IR). Установлены связи между индексом инсулинорезистентности и окружностью талии, индексом массы тела, уровнем адипонектина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Adiponectin levels, lipid profile and parameters of glucose metabolism were evaluated in patients with abdominal obesity. It was found that adiponectin level negatively correlated with body mass index (BMI). The significant correlations were found between levels of adiponectin, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in patients with abdominal obesity. Patients with abdominal obesity and arterial hypertension had higher levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, and triglycerides comparing to non-hypertensive patients with abdominal obesity. BMI increase positively correlated with insulin level and insulin resistance index estimated by homeostasis model assessment (HOMA-IR).
