Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам лечения хронического болевого синдрома у больных остеоартрозом в сочетании с артериальной гипертонией. Подробно оценены влияния различных нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов на гемодинамические показатели у данной категории пациентов. Проведена сравнительная оценка безопасности применения селективных ингибиторов циклооксигеназы-2 на течение кардиоваскулярной патологии.

The article discusses approaches to treatment of chronic pain in patients with osteoarthrosis and hypertension. The effects of various anti-inflammatory drugs on hemodynamic parameters in hypertensive patients are reviewed. The comparative safety of the selective cyclooxygenase inhibitors and their effects in patients with cardiovascular disorders are assessed.
