При широком выборе лекарственных препаратов и интервенционных методик, используемых влечении инфаркта миокарда, важнейшей задачей является выявление групп пациентов, которые имеют высокий риск развития таких осложнений, как кардиогенный шок, рецидив инфаркта миокарда, острая левожелудочковая недостаточность, фибрилляция желудочков, ранняя постинфарктная стенокардия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prognosis of complications and outcomes of myocardial infarction in the course of some years is one of the most important problems in cardiology.
