Установлено, что процессы воспаления, активация тромбоцитарного и коагуляционного звеньев гемостаза тесно взаимосвязаны между собой и с процессами ремоделирования миокарда левого желудочка у пациентов с аортальным стенозом. Выявлена отрицательная корреляционная связь между регрессом гипертрофии левого желудочка после протезирования аортального клапана и тромбинемией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>4 patients with non-rheumatic aortic valve stenosis were assessed before the aortic valve replacement and 6 month the operation. It was found out that inflammation, thrombocytes and coagulation activation tightly interacted with each other and with left ventricular remodeling. There is a negative correlation between left ventricular hypertrophy regression thrombin level in plasma.
