Цель исследования - оценить влияние матриксных металлопротеиназ (ММП) и качественного и количественного состава экстрацеллюлярного матрикса (ЭЦМ) на структурные изменения аорты у больных с аневризмой восходящего отдела различной этиологии. Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 32 пациента: 26 больных с аневризмой восходящего отдела аорты и 6 пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца без патологии аорты. В интраоперационных биоптатах оценивалось содержание и активность ММП-2, -9, а также содержание фибриллина, эластина и коллагена. Результаты и заключение. Развитие аневризмы восходящего отдела аорты связано с повышением активности ММП. Максимальные значения ММП-2, -9 выявлены у больных с бикуспидальным аортальным клапаном по сравнению с пациентами с патологией трикуспидального аортального клапана и атеросклеротическим поражением аорты. Повышение активности ММП сопряжено с увеличением соотношения коллаген/эластин в тканях аорты.

Objective. To study the impact of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) and extracellular matrix proteins on the ascending aorta structural changes in patients with ascending aortic aneurysms of different etiology. Design and methods. 32 patients were included: 26 patients with ascending aortic aneurysm and 6 controls. Both the content and activity of MMP-2, -9 were estimated in the intraoperative biopsies together with the amount of fibrillin, elastin and collagen. Results and conclusion. The development of ascending aortic aneurysm is associated with increased MMP activity. The ascending aortic dilatation in bicuspid aortic valve is associated with increased MMP-2, -9 and collagen/elastin ratio in aortic tissue.
