Данные связи продемонстрированы для пациентов с хронической болезнью почек и для общей популяции. В передовой статье обсуждаются клинические и экспериментальные данные, объединяющие патофизиологию нарушений обмена Pi и развитие изменений в сердечно-сосудистой системе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Recent studies have clearly linked higher serum inorganic phosphate (Pi) concentrations and an imbalance of Pi-regulation by kidney-bone-parathyroid endocrine systems to cardiovascular events and mortality. This association has been identified in patients with chronic kidney disease, as well as in general population.
