Материалы и методы. В ходе исследования у 39 больных с данной патологией проводился анализ уровней ММР-1 и TIMP-1 методом твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа (ELISA), а также оценка взаимосвязи этих уровней с основными показателями эхокардиографического исследования (в том числе тканевой) и суточного мониторирования АД. Результаты и выводы. Содержание в крови TIMP-1 положительно коррелирует с величиной и вариабельностью пульсового АД, а также с вариабельностью систолического АД (САД), что косвенно может указывать на наличие связи уровня TIMP-1 в крови c увеличением ригидности артериальной стенки, обусловленной накоплением в ней коллагена. Повышение содержания ММР-1 в крови достоверно ассоциируется со снижением индексов нагрузки диастолического АД (ДАД). Концентрация в крови TIMP-1 имеет прямую корреляционную связь с толщиной межжелудочковой перегородки в диастолу. Содержание TIMР-1 у больных с увеличенным индексом массы миокарда ЛЖ достоверно выше, чем у больных с нормальной массой миокарда. У больных с концентрической и эксцентрической гипертрофией ЛЖ при сравнении группой больных с концентрическим ремоделированием и нормальной геометрией ЛЖ обнаружено увеличение содержания в сыворотке крови TIMP-1, что также может свидетельствовать об увеличении содержания коллагена в миокарде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To investigate relationship between blood matrix metalloproteinase-1 (ММР-1) and its tissue inhibitor (TIMP-1) levels and clinical data, myocardial mass and diastolic left ventricular dysfunction, circadian blood pressure (BP) indices in hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Design and methods. ММР-1 and TIMP-1 levels by hardphase immunoenzyme analysis were defined in 39 hypertensive patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and the correlation with the main parameters of echocardiography (including tissue echocardiography) and circadian BP indices was assessed. Results and conclusions. Blood TIMP-1 level positively correlates with pulse BP, its variability, and systolic BP variability that can indirectly indicate the existence of relation between blood TIMP-1 level and the increase of arterial rigidity due to the collagen uptake. Increase of MMP-1 blood level positively associates with the reduction in load index of diastolic BP. We found positive correlation of TIMP-1 levels with thickness of interventricalar septum in diastole. Patients with increased left ventricular (LV) myocardial mass index had significantly higher TIMP-1 level compared to patients with normal myocardial mass index.
