Целью исследования являлась оценка влияния синдрома обструктивного апноэ во сне (СОАС) на сердечно-сосудистую заболеваемость и смертность, а также связь с другими установленными факторами сердечно-сосудистого риска. Было отобрано 147 амбулаторных больных для проспективного наблюдения. По результатам кардиореспираторного мониторирования было сформировано 2 группы: 42 пациента без нарушений дыхания во сне (НДС) и 105 больных с СОАС, среди них 12 больных использовали СРАР-терапию, и они составили третью подгруппу. Средний период наблюдения составил 46,4 ± 14,3 месяцев. Выживаемость случай-контроль была ниже в группе с нелеченым СОАС (p =,035). Таким образом, больные СОАС продемонстрировали более высокий риск фатальных и нефатальных сердечно-сосудистых событий. Более того, отсутствие лечения СОАС сопровождалось большей частотой госпитализаций в связи с развитием или дестабилизацией течения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.

To assess the impact of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) on cardiovascular morbidity and mortality with relation to other major cardiovascular risk factors. 147 patients from out-patient clinic were recruited for a prospective study. Based on cardiorespiratory monitoring patients were divided into 2 groups: 42 patients without sleep breathing disorders (SBD), and 105 patients with OSAHS. Among these 12 patients started CPAP therapy and formed third subgroup. The mean follow-up period was 46,4 ± 14,3 months. Event-free survival was lowest in the OSAHS untreated patients (log rank test 6,732, p = 0,035). OSAHS hypertensive patients are at higher risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events. Moreover, untreated OSAHS patients demonstrate higher rates of hospitalization caused by the onset or deterioration of cardiovascular disease.
