Избирательно взаимодействуя с имидазолиновыми I1-рецепторами, расположенными в стволе мозга, моксонидин уменьшает симпатическую активность, вызывая снижение периферического сосудистого сопротивления, что приводит к достоверному снижению систолического и диастолического артериального давления (АД). Показана эффективность и безопасность препарата как для купирования неосложненных гипертонических кризов, так и для длительного лечения артериальной гипертензии. Подтверждена целесообразность применения моксонидина у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией в сочетании с сахарным диабетом, метаболическим синдромом, хронической обструктивной болезнью легких. Моксонидин хорошо переносится, биодоступность при приеме внутрь достигает 90 %, при этом у препарата отсутствуют гипотензивные эффекты «первой дозы» и синдром рикошета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents detailed analysis of antihypertensive effect moxonidine - II generation sympatholytic. Due to selective interaction with imidazoline I1-receptors moxonidine diminishes sympathetic activity causing decrease of peripheral vascular resistance. This leads to significant systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduction. The drug was shown to be effective and safe in both management of uncomplicated hypertensive crises and long-term treatment of arterial hypertension. Moxonidine benefits in treatment hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has been also proven. Moxonidine is well tolerated; its bioavailability after oral intake reaches 90 %.
