Оценивался вклад генов ренин-ангиотензиновой системы, липидного обмена и генов- регуляторов апоптоза в развитие гипертонической болезни и ремоделирование миокарда с использованием сибсового и ассоциативного методов. Материалы и методы. Масса миокарда и индекс массы миокарда вычислялся при помощи эхокардиографического исследования, полиморфизм генов определялся методом полимеразной цепной реакции. Результаты. Выявлена ассоциация генотипа М235М гена AGT с гипертонической болезнью у представителей татарского этноса. Генотип A603A гена EAAT2 был ассоциирован с более высоким уровнем систолического артериального давления, а генотип CC rs189994 гена AIF — с большей массой миокарда в группе больных гипертонической болезнью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To assess the contribution of the renin-angiotensin system, lipid metabolism and gene regulators of apoptosis in the development of hypertension and myocardial remodeling using sibling-pair and associative methods. Design and methods. Myocardial mass and myocardial mass index were calculated by echocardiography method, gene polymorphism was identified by polymerase chain reaction. Results. We found the association of genotype M235M AGT gene with hypertension in representatives of the Tatar ethnic group.
