В работе обсуждаются возможности традиционных и современных подходов в отношении снижения кровяного давления, обеспечения должной органопротекции и метаболической нейтральности, влияния на прогноз и сохранения высокой приверженности к антигипертензивной терапии у лиц с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The data of world literature highlighting a problem of antihypertensive therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are cited in the paper mainly from the point of view of large randomized trials results.
