Низкая приверженность к лечению — одна из причин трудности достижения целевого артериального давления. Введение в практику комбинированных гипотензивных препаратов с высокой фиксированной дозой позволяет упростить терапию у лиц, уже получающих комбинированные препараты, и повысить приверженность у пациентов с высоким риском, принимающих препараты по отдельности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Control over blood pressure is an existing problem in cardiology and does not exceed 30 % for Europeans, despite prevalence and availability of effective antihypertensive drugs. Low adherence to treatment is one of the reasons of low control of blood pressure.
