Приведены данные о связи и механизмах развития АГ при СОАС и резистентности к антигипертензивной терапии. Рассмотрены результаты исследований по использованию неинвазивной вентиляции легких — СИПАП-терапии (от англ. continuous positive airway pressure, CPAP) — у больных c СОАС и АГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reviews the trials in hypertensive patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). The relation of arterial hypertension and OSAS and the underlying mechanisms, as well as the possible causes of drug-resistant hypertension are discussed.
