Представлено описание клинического случая резистентного течения артериальной гипертензии у молодой пациентки с синдромом привычной потери плода, у которой в результате обследования была выявлена фиброзно-мышечная дисплазия почечной артерии. Приведена краткая литературная справка, касающаяся фиброзно-мышечной дисплазии.

We present a clinical case of a young female patient with resistant hypertension and fetal loss. The examination showed a fibromuscular dysplasia of renal artery. Brief literature review of fibromuscular dysplasia is included.
