В статье рассмотрена история изучения и современные исследования влияния психологических факторов на риск кардиометаболических расстройств. Проанализированы личностные, клиникопсихопатологические, ситуационные и когнитивно-поведенческие факторы риска. Отмечены недостатки современных исследований, подчеркивается необходимость интеграции различных подходов в психосоматике и более широкого использования индивидуально-ориентированных исследований.

The history of psychosomatic research and current studies of psychological influences on cardiometabolic risk are reviewed. Personality, psychopathological, situational and cognitive-behavioural risk factors are considered. Shortages of current studies are pointed out, the necessity of integration of different psychosomatic approaches as well as the need for individually-oriented investigations are stressed.
