Приводятся данные об использовании регистров и баз данных для оценки больных, перенесших реваскуляризацию миокарда. Обосновывается необходимость создания регистра больных, подвергающихся плановым операциям аорто-коронарного шунтирования. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper reviews the role of registries in clinical practice and their difference from randomized clinical trials.
