Рассматриваются основные патофизиологические механизмы, лежащие в основе прогрессирования поражения органов-мишеней и формирования резистентности к антигипертензивной терапии при повышении уровня альдостерона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review discusses the new data about primary aldosteronism and the connection between increase of aldosterone level and resistance to antihypertensive treatment, including patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
