Материалы и методы. Обследовано 96 студентов северного медицинского вуза, 61 девушка и 35 юношей. В учебные дни проводили суточное мониторирование АД (СМАД) в течение 24+10-120 мин. Проанализировали: - мезоры ЧСС, систолического (САД), диастолического (ДАД), пульсового (ПД) АД, среднего гемодинамического давления (СДД), вегетативного индекса Кердо (ВИК), индекса функциональных изменений (ИФИ); - дневные величины ЧССдн., САДдн., ДАДдн., ВИКдн., ИФИдн., индексов времени гипертензии САД (ИВ САДдн.) и ДАД (ИВ ДАДдн.) (%), вариабельности САД (Вар. САДдн.) и ДАД (Вар. ДАДдн.); - ночные значения ЧССноч., САДноч., ДАДноч., ВИКноч., ИФИноч., ИВ САДноч., ИВ ДАДноч., Вар. САДноч., Вар. ДАДноч., ночное снижение САД (НС САД) и ДАД (НС ДАД) (%). Исследовали копинг-поведение. Оценили функции сна при помощи анкеты балльной оценки субъективных характеристик сна и Эпвортской шкалы сонливости. Статистический анализ проводили при помощи программ Statistica 10.0 и Excel 2013. Результаты. Обнаружены межполовые отличия параметров гемодинамики у студентов при соответствии средних характеристик АД оптимальным / нормальным значениям. У девушек во все периоды были выше показатели ЧСС и симпатических влияний, у юношей – САД. У юношей в дневное и ночное время был выше ИВ САД, ночью – вариабельности САД, обнаружены тенденции к развитию изолированной систолической гипертензии. Характеристики и динамика сосудистого компонента АД соответствуют благоприятным диапазонам, в механизмах регуляции сосудистого тонуса не выявили выраженных межполовых отличий. Функционирование ССС у юношей зависело от функции сна и копинга, у девушек было более автономно от поведенческих особенностей. Заключение. Один из действенных и доступных способов профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в период обучения в вузе – целенаправленное и последовательное обучение студентов адаптивному поведению в ситуации психоэмоционального стресса и рекомендации по организации режима сна и бодрствования. Бо̀льшую эффективность обучения адаптивному копингу можно ожидать у юношей, тогда как мужской пол – один из немодифицируемых факторов риска развития сердечно-сосудистой патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study is to assess the relation between hemodynamic parameters and coping behavior and sleep in order to maintain health of students of the northern university. Design and methods. We examined 96 students of the northern medical university (61 females). During academic days, we performed ambulatory monitoring of blood pressure (ABPM) 24 h + 10–120 minutes. We analyzed following parameters: mezors of heart rate (HR), systolic (SBP), diastolic (DBP), and pulse blood pressure (BP), mean BP, Kerdo autonomic index (KI), functional change index (FCI); hypertension time indices of SBP (TI SBP) and DBD (TI DBP) (%), variability of SBP (Var. SBD) and DBD (Var. DBP); night dipping of SBP and DBP (%). We assessed coping behavior. The sleep was assessed using the subjective characteristics of sleep questionnaire and the Epworth sleepiness scale. Statistical analysis was performed using Statistica 10.0 and Excel 2013 software. Results. We found optimal/normal values of mean BP and intersexual differences among students. Female students in all periods showed higher rates of HR and sympathetic influences; males had higher SBD, higher TI SBP during day and night, higher SBP variability at night, and tended to develop isolated systolic hypertension. Parameters and dynamics of the vascular component of BP are in normal ranges. We did not find significant intersexual differences in mechanisms of the vascular regulation. Cardiovascular system regulation in males depended on the sleep and coping, and it was more autonomous from behavior in girls. Conclusions. One of the most effective and affordable ways to prevent cardiovascular diseases during the university education is the consistent training of students in adaptive behavior in a situation of psycho-emotional stress and recommendations on sleep hygiene. Greater efficiency of the learning adaptive coping behavior can be expected in males, and male gender is one of the non-modifiable risk factors for cardiovascular pathology.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>студенты</kwd><kwd>суточное мониторирование</kwd><kwd>артериальное давление</kwd><kwd>частота сердечных сокращений</kwd><kwd>копинг</kwd><kwd>сон</kwd><kwd>сонливость</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>students</kwd><kwd>daily monitoring</kwd><kwd>blood pressure</kwd><kwd>heart rate</kwd><kwd>coping</kwd><kwd>sleep</kwd><kwd>sleepiness</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Оганов Р.Г., Масленникова Г.Я.
