Показано, что блокаторы рецепторов ангиотензина II не обеспечивают эффективной защиты от основных сердечно-сосудистых рисков у больных ишемической болезнью сердца и цереброваскулярными болезнями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reviews the evidence on the angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor vs. angiotensin receptor blocker in patients with cardiovascular diseases.
