Ожидается, что информационно-коммуникационные технологии, интегрированные в ценностно-ориентированную медицину положительно повлияют на оказание помощи колоссальному числу пациентов с социально значимыми неинфекционными заболеваниями. В современном здравоохранении основную часть этих заболеваний составляют болезни системы кровообращения. Артериальная гипертензия, являясь самой распространенной из таких патологий является главным модифицируемым фактором сердечно-сосудистого риска и, соответственно, привлекательной мишенью для отработки ряда телемедицинских технологий и подходов, концепции ценностно-ориентированной медицины. В этом обзоре рассмотрены исследования с применением различных телемедицинских решений, использующиеся для мониторинга и консультирования пациентов с артериальной гипертензией. Обозначены известные препятствия в лечении пациентов и пути их преодоления с помощью телемедицинских программ. Описаны ограничения широкого внедрения телемедицины, варианты их форсирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>XXI century emphasized humanity to embrace the digital era after a reality of Third and Fourth Industrial Revolutions, nowadays dictating new terms of social networking. It is expected that information and communication technologies integrated with value-based medicine will significantly impact healthcare delivery to tremendous number of patients with socially important noncommunicable diseases. Cardiovascular illnesses comprise the greatest part of such pathologies. Hypertension (HTN) being the most prevalent cardiovascular disease is also the key modifiable cardiovascular risk factor yet seems to be an attractive target for both value-based concept and telehealth interventions. Present review addresses up-to-date science on telehealth, sets out the main well-known, but yet unsolved challenges in management of HTN along with the new approaches involving telemedicine programs, digital health outlooks.
