Материалы и методы. Обследовано 34 больных СД2 без предшествующих сердечно-сосудистых событий, которым инициирована терапия эмпаглифлозином, и 11 больных СД2, которые получали вилдаглиптин. Исходно и через 24 недели терапии проводилась оценка антропометрических параметров, индекса реактивной гиперемии (RHI) для оценки эндотелиальной функции, сосудистой жесткости, параметров центрального давления, ультразвукового исследования сонных артерий, а также оценка индекса массы миокарда левого желудочка методом эхокардиографии. Проведена оценка влияния эмпаглифлозина и вилдаглиптина на динамику структурнофункциональных параметров сосудистой стенки. Результаты. Через 24 недели терапии сахароснижающими препаратами отмечено статистически значимое увеличение RHI в группе эмпаглифлозина (р &lt; 0,05) в отличие от группы вилдаглиптина. Заключение.
