Несмотря на то, что АГ при данном заболевании характеризуется «мягким» течением, иногда она может быть первым проявлением АНЦА-гломерулонефрита и причиной обращения к врачу первичного звена здравоохранения. В настоящей работе рассматривается клинический случай пациентки 45 лет с ренопаренхиматозной АГ, развившейся на фоне АНЦА-ассоциированного гломерулонефрита. В данном клиническом случае АГ явилась единственным проявлением, в связи с которым пациентка обратилась за медицинской помощью. Также данный клинический случай лишний раз подчеркивает необходимость, в первую очередь, врачей амбулаторного звена настороженно относиться к любому повышению артериального давления, в особенности у пациентов молодого и среднего возрастов.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Glomerulonephritis associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) is one of the causes of renal parenchymal disease, which can lead to secondary hypertension (HTN). Clinical course of HTN in this case is usually mild, however, high blood pressure can become the only reason to refer to a primary care physician. We report a case of a 45-year old woman with renal parenchymal disease due to ANCA-glomerulonephritis and secondary HTN. HTN was the only clinical manifestation of the disease led to the hospital admission.
