Каждая из этих патологий ассоциирована с факторами риска, большинство из которых являются перекрестными. В обзоре представлен анализ патофизиологических процессов, характеризующих неслучайность сочетания АГ и РМЖ (хроническое системное воспаление, окислительный стресс, эндотелиальная и митохондриальная дисфункция, ускоренное клеточное старение и другое). Противоопухолевая терапия РМЖ часто связана с васкулотоксичными эффектами, провоцирующими транзиторное или устойчивое повышение артериального давления. Неблагоприятные сердечно-сосудистые события, развивающиеся на этом фоне, могут препятствовать реализации протоколов противоопухолевой терапии РМЖ. Междисциплинарная кооперация кардиологов и онкологов по фундаментальным и прикладным направлениям коморбидности АГ и РМЖ позволит персонифицировать алгоритмы профилактики, диагностики и лечения этих патологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The combination of hypertension (HTN) and breast cancer (BC) is one of the most frequent clinical variants of comorbidity of cardiovascular and oncological diseases. Each of these pathologies is associated with risk factors, which are cross-cutting. The review presents an analysis of pathophysiological processes characterizing the nonrandomness of the co-existence of HTN and BC (chronic systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, endothelial and mitochondrial dysfunction, accelerated cellular aging, and other). Antitumor therapy of BC is often associated with vasculotoxic effects that provoke a transient or sustained increase in blood pressure. Adverse cardiovascular events may interfere with the implementation of antitumor therapy of BC.
