Был актуализирован поиск научно-медицинских публикаций с помощью англоязычной электронно-поисковой системы PubMed и отечественной платформы elibrary.ru c акцентом на систематические обзоры, метаанализы и рандомизированные контролируемые исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Подавляющее число работ сообщают о положительном эффекте психокоррекционных вмешательств не только в отношении регресса психологических синдромов, стресса, но и кардиометаболических показателей (в том числе гиперлипидемии, кардиоваскулярного ремоделирования) и кардиоваскулярных заболеваний/событий. Кроме того, проанализированы зарубежный и отечественный опыт организации психологической и психотерапевтической помощи пациентам общесоматической сети, основанный на интегративной медицине и мультидисциплинарном подходе.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Результаты обзора подтверждают эффективность некоторых психокоррекционных вмешательств у пациентов с ССЗ. Интеграция психосоциальных и психофармакологических вмешательств в планы лечения (полипрофессиональный подход) является перспективным направлением первичной и вторичной профилактики кардиоваскулярных заболеваний.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Literature review aimed to study the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic, psychopharmacological and psychosocial interventions in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD).</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. The search of scientific and medical publications was updated using the English language electronic search system PubMed and the domestic platform elibrary.ru with a focus on systematic reviews, metaanalyses, and randomized controlled trials.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. An overwhelming number of papers report positive effects of psychocorrective interventions on regression of psychological syndromes, stress, as well as on cardiometabolic parameters (including hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular remodeling) and CVD/events. In addition, we analyzed foreign and domestic experience in organizing psychological and psychotherapeutic care for patients, based on integrative and multidisciplinary approach.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The available evidence supports the effectiveness of some psychocorrective interventions in patients with CVD.
