В данной работе проведен обзор основных эпидемиологических исследований, имеющихся к концу 2023 года, в которых анализировались различные показатели АГ как в России, так и во всем мире, с целью формирования понимания временных трендов распространенности АГ. В данной статье также проведен анализ основных ФР АГ с учетом половой принадлежности, поскольку известно, что в России у мужчин распространенность АГ традиционно выше, чем у женщин, и особое внимание уделено таким показателям, как приверженность к терапии, эффективность и контроль АГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of arterial hypertension (AH), which is one of the most important risk factors (RF) for cardiovascular diseases (CVD), is still increasing, which represents a global problem for world health, because for many decades CVD have occupied a leading position in the structure of mortality throughout the world. This article reviews the main epidemiological studies available by the end of 2023, which analyzed various indicators of AH both in Russia and around the world, with the aim of developing an understanding of time trends in the prevalence of AH.
