В исследование были включены жители Новосибирска 25–44 лет, обследованные в 2013–2016 гг. и в 2023–2024 гг. в НИИТПМ — филиале ИЦиГ СО РАН — 174 человека (40,2 % мужчин, 59,8 % женщин), у которых на момент осмотра в 2013–2016 гг. не было зарегистрировано повышения артериального давления (АД). Спустя 10 лет, на осмотре в 2023–2024 гг., у 51 человека была зафиксирована АГ. В статье представлено сравнение двух групп лиц на базе результатов обследования 2013–2016 гг. — 123 человека с нормальным АД и 51 человек с развившейся впоследствии (через 10 лет) АГ.Результаты. Согласно результатам многофакторного логистического регрессионного анализа, развитие АГ у лиц до 45 лет в течение отдаленного 10-летнего периода было прямо ассоциировано с уровнем САД (ОШ = 1,054, 95 % ДИ (1,009–1,101), р = 0,019) и возрастом (ОШ = 1,124, 95 % ДИ (1,029–1,228), р = 0,009, независимо от пола, употребления алкоголя, окружности талии и уровня липидов.Заключение. Таким образом, у молодых людей до 45 лет шанс развития АГ в отдаленном 10-летнем периоде увеличивается при повышении САД на 1 мм рт. ст. на 5,4 %, а при увеличении возраста на 1 год — на 2,4 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to identify factors associated with the development of arterial hypertension (HTN) over a ten-year period, in people under 45 years of age.Design and methods. The study included residents of Novosibirsk, 25–44 years old, examined in 2013–2016 and in 2023–2024 at the Research Institute of Therapy and Preventive Medicine — 174 people (40,2 % men, 59,8 % women). At the time of examination in 2013– 2016, they did not have an increase in blood pressure. Ten years later, at the examination in 2023–2024, in 51 individuals HTN was diagnosed. This article presents a comparison of two groups of individuals based on the 2013–2016 examination — 123 individuals with normal BP and 51 individuals with HTN developed subsequently (after 10 years).Results. According to the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis, the development of HTN in individuals under 45 years of age during the remote 10-year period was directly associated with systolic blood pressure level (odds ratio (OR) = 1,054, 95 % confidence interval (CI) (1,009–1,101), p = 0,019) and age (OR = 1,124, 95 % CI (1,029–1,228), p = 0,009), independent of sex, alcohol consumption, waist circumference and lipid levels.Conclusion.
