Повышение активности ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы (РААС) играет важную роль в развитии артериальной гипертензии (АГ). Однако вопрос о взаимосвязи дефицита витамина D с показателями РААС и уровнем артериального давления (АД) остается спорным.</p><p>Целью исследования являлась оценка состояния РААС и параметров метаболизма витамина D для уточнения роли дефицита витамина D в формировании АГ у женщин.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 657 женщин в возрасте от 30 до 55 лет. В работе оценивались уровень АД, концентрация альдостерона (АС), активность ренина плазмы (АРП) крови, соотношение АС/АРП, а также показатели 25 (ОН)D и паратиреоидного гормона у женщин.</p><p>Результаты проведенного исследования не выявили различий в показателях АС, АРП и АС/АРП-соотношения у женщин с АГ и нормальным уровнем АД. У женщин с АГ и нормальным уровнем АД концентрация 25 (ОН)D и паратиреоидного гормона (ПТГ) в сыворотке крови не различалась (48,95 ± 2,09 и 47,61 ± 1,03 нМоль/л соответственно, p &gt; 0,05; 42,42 ± 2,76 и 40,68 ± 1,28 нг/мл соот- ветственно, p &gt; 0,05). У женщин с нормальным уровнем АД была выявлена положительная связь между уровнем ПТГ в сыворотке крови и соотношением АС/АРП (r = 0,25, p = 0,008), в то время как у женщин с АГ таких ассоциаций обнаружено не было. У женщин с абдоминальным ожирением (АО) была выявлена отрицательная связь между 25 (ОН)D и концентрацией АС (r = –0,23, p = 0,01), АРП (r = 0,22, p = 0,02). В то же время у женщин без АО были найдены положительные связи между уровнем ПТГ в сыворотке крови и величиной соотношения АС/АРП (r = 0,51, p = 0,03).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о роли дефицита витамина D в развитии АГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Increased renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) activity plays an important role in hypertension development. However, the associations between RAAS, hypertension and vitamin D status are not completely elucidated.</p><p>The aim of this study was to assess the role of vitamin D in hypertension development.</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. We studied blood pressure (BP), plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) and plasma renin activity (PRA), PAC/PRA ratio, serum 25 (OH)D and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels in 657 women aged between 30 and 55 years.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We did not find differences in PAC, PRA and PAC/PRA ratio in women with hypertension and normal blood pressure level. The serum 25 (OH)D and PTH levels were comparable in hypertensive and normotensive women (48,95 ± 2,09 vs. 47,61 ± 1,03 nmol/l, p &gt; 0,05, and 42,42 ± 2,76 vs. 40,68 ± 1,28 ng/ml, p &gt; 0,05, respectively). A positive correlation between PTH level and PAC/PRA ratio (r = 0,25; p = 0,008) in normotensive subjects was found. There is a negative correlation between 25 (ОН)D level and PAC (r = –0,23, p = 0,01), PRA (r = 0,22, p = 0,02) in women with abdominal obesity, and a positive correlation between PTH level and PAC/PRA ratio (r = 0,51, p = 0,03) in non-obese women.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
