В исследование было включено 42 женщины в возрасте от 50 до 75 лет с первичным гипотиреозом и сопутствующей АГ. Пациентки были разделены на две сопоставимых группы: в первую вошли 24 пациентки с АГ и субклиническим гипотиреозом, во вторую — 18 пациентки с АГ и компенсированным гипотиреозом. Всем пациенткам проведены обследование липидного профиля, эхокардиографическое исследование и оценка функции эндотелия.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациенток обеих групп выявлены сходные признаки поражения органов‑мишеней в виде гипертрофии левого желудочка, диастолической дисфункции, снижения эндотелийзависимой функции эндотелия, увеличения толщины комплекса «интима-медиа», продемонстрированы корреляции между уровнями тиреотропного гормона крови и общего холестерина, а также уровнем триглицеридов.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Субклинический гипотиреоз не усугубляет выраженность поражения сердца и сосудов, возникающего у пациентов с АГ. У пациентов с субклиническим и компенсированным гипотиреозом одинаково часто выявляется нарушение функции эндотелия и увеличение толщины комплекса «интима-медиа». В соответствии с полученными данными, субклинический гипотиреоз у пациентов с АГ не ассоциирован с ухудшением показателей липидного профиля.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze relationship between thyroid status and target organ damage system in patients with arterial hypertension in combination with primary hypothyroidism (subclinical and compensated).</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. We enrolled 42 women with primary hypothyroidism and concomitant hypertension aged from 50 to 75 years old. Patients were divided into two comparable groups, the first group included 24 hypertensive patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, the second group included 18 hypertensive patients with compensated hypothyroidism. All patients underwent echocardiography and assessment of endothelial function. Lipids were measured in all patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Target organ damage, including left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, and endothelial dysfunction were comparable in both groups. The associations between thyrotrophic hormone and the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides were also similarin both groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
