В исследование были включены 105 пациентов с предгипертензией, имевших тощаковую эугликемию, нормальную толерантность к глюкозе и не страдавших кардиоваскулярными и другими клинически значимыми заболеваниями. На основании результатов ОГТТ участники исследования были разделены на две группы в зависимости от гликемии плазмы в одночасовой точке теста. В 1‑ю группу вошли 58 пациентов с уровнем глюкозы в одночасовой точке ОГТТ &lt; 8,6 ммоль/л (средний возраст 38 ± 5 лет). Во 2‑ю группу вошли 47 пациентов с гликемией через 1 час ОГТТ ≥ 8,6 ммоль/л (средний возраст 39 ± 5 лет). Группы были сопоставимы по полу, возрасту, индексу массы тела, офисному уровню артериального давления. Оценены гемодинамические, электрокардиографические, эхокардиографические, лабораторные биохимические показатели. Полученные данные были обработаны с помощью программы «Statistica for Windows» (версия 10.0). Оценку групповых различий проводили определением значения t‑критерия Стьюдента и зависимости между категориальными переменными по Пирсону (критерий χ 2).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Из всего спектра полученных данных у испытуемых 1 и 2 групп были установлены значимые различия по содержанию мочевой кислоты в сыворотке крови (р = 0,005) и отношению аполипопротеин В / аполипопротеин А1 (апоВ/апоА1, р = 0,04).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Нормотолерантным мужчинам молодого возраста с предгипертензией и ранней постнагрузочной гипергликемией свойственны неблагоприятные изменения со стороны пуринового и липидного видов обмена веществ при отсутствии структурно-функциональных отклонений со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To assess the screening prognostic indicators of cardiovascular system, basic types of metabolism in young males with prehypertension, depending on the values of glucose 1‑hour after glucose load in standard oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT).</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. The study included 105 patients with prehypertension who had fasting euglycemia, normal glucose tolerance and did not suffer from cardiovascular or other clinically relevant internal diseases. Based on the results of OGTT study participants were divided into two groups according to plasma glucose level 1‑hour after glucose load. The 1st group included 58 patients with one hour post-load glucose level &lt; 8,6 mmol/L (mean age 38 ± 5 years). The 2nd group included 47 patients with one hour post-load glucose level ≥ 8,6 mmol/L (mean age 39 ± 5 years). The groups were matched by gender, age, body mass index, office blood pressure. Hemodynamic, electrocardiographic, echocardiographic and laboratory biochemical parameters were evaluated. The obtained data were processed using Statistica for Windows (version 10.0). Student t‑test and Pearson correlation were applied (criterion χ 2).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We found significant differences in serum uric acid levels (p = 0,005) and the ratio apolipoprotein B / apolipoprotein A1 (apoB/apoA1, p = 0,04) between groups 1 and 2.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
