В статье обсуждаются подходы к диагностике ишемической болезни сердца у больных артериальной гипертензией; в частности, на примере клинического случая продемонстрировано несовершенство существующих алгоритмов выявления поражения коронарных артерий у бессимптомных пациентов. 

The existing diagnostic approaches to coronary artery disease in systemic hypertension are discussed, and the clinical case demonstrates the imperfection of the common algorithm, in particular, in asymptomatic patients.
