Одним из основных факторов, оказывающих влияние на резидуальный риск у пациентов с атерогенной дислипидемией наряду с повышенным уровнем триглицеридов и сниженным уровнем холестерина липопротеинов высокой плотности, является липопротеин (а). В обзоре подробно освещены современные представления о влиянии липопротеина (а) на развитие и прогрессирование атеросклероза, а также основные методы лечения</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite adequate lipid-lowering therapy the rate of cardiovascular complications is still high. One of the main factors influencing the residual risk in patients with atherogenic dyslipidemia, along with elevated triglycerides and reduced cholesterol of high density lipoproteins is lipoprotein (a).
