Обследован 61 пациент с тяжелым аортальным стенозом: 31 пациент с врожденным пороком сердца, бикуспидальным аортальным клапаном (БАК) и 30 пациентов с трехстворчатым аортальным клапаном (ТАК). Контрольную группу составили 16 здоровых доноров крови и 16 пациентов без заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы. У всех пациентов определяли липидный профиль, сывороточный уровень С-реактивного белка ОПГ и sRANKL.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Артериальная гипертензия присутствовала в анамнезе у 93 % пациентов с ТАК и у 71 % больных с БАК. Во всех группах больных аортальным стенозом выявлено повышение содержания ОПГ в сыворотке крови. В то же время снижение концентрации ОПГ у пациентов с ТАК было связано с повышением артериального давления. Концентрация sRANKL была повышена только в группе больных с БАК. У пациентов с ТАК повышение артериального давления ассоциировано с ростом уровня sRANKL.</p></sec><sec><title> Выводы</title><p> Выводы. Артериальная гипертензия у пациентов с аортальным стенозом на фоне ТАК — один из ключевых факторов активации системы ОПГ/RANKL/RANK.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To assess osteoprotegerin (OPG) and soluble ligand receptor activator of transcription factor kappa-B (RANKL) levels in patients with  aortic stenosis and systemic hypertension.</p></sec><sec><title>Design and methods</title><p>Design and methods. Sixty-one patients with aortic valve stenosis (AVS) [31 patients with bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) and 30 patients with tricuspid aortic valve (TAV)] were examined. Thirty-two patients without heart diseases formed the control group. Serum levels of C-reactive protein, ОPG, sRANKL and lipid profile were assessed in all patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Elevated blood pressure (BP) was found in 93 % patients with TAV and in 71 % patients with BAV. Serum concentration of OPG was increased in patients with TAV and BAV vs control group. OPG concentration was negatively correlated with BP level only in patients with TAV. sRANKL level was increased only in patients with BAV. At the same time sRANKL level positively correlated with BP in patients with TAV.</p></sec><sec><title> Conclusion</title><p> Conclusion.
