Проведено одномоментное сплошное исследование 350 мужчин в возрасте 40–49 лет с разным уровнем артериального давления (АД) по данным суточного мониторирования АД (СМАД) с оценкой риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Распространенность гипертрофии левого желудочка (ГЛЖ) среди пациентов с ГБХ составила 8 %, среди пациентов с высоким уровнем АД — 26 % (χ2 = 4,9, p &lt; 0,05). Частота увеличенной свыше 0,9 мм толщины сосудистой стенки составила в группе ГБХ 11 %, в сопоставлении с верифицированной артериальной гипертензией (АГ) — 28 % (χ2 = 3,9, p &lt; 0,05). По сравнению со здоровой когортой у пациентов с ГЛЖ показатели индекса массы миокарда левого желудочка и толщины стенки общей сонной артерии были значимо выше.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Распространенность ГБХ среди мужчин с АГ в возрасте 40–49 лет при сплошном исследовании составила 36 %. Распространенность факторов риска, показатели липидно-метаболических нарушений меньше среди пациентов с ГБХ по сравнению с пациентами с доказанным по результатам СМАД повышенным уровнем АД. Нормальные показатели СМАД ассоциированы с уменьшением частоты ГЛЖ и изменений сосудистой стенки. У пациентов с ГБХ в сопоставлении с показателями здоровой когорты отмечается формирование гипертонического типа ремоделирования.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To detect the frequency of “white coat” hypertension (WCH) in 40–49-year old men and its association with the indicators of cardiovascular remodeling and cardiovascular risk factors. design and methods. In a single-step study, we assessed cardiovascular risk in 350 men (40–49 years old) with different levels of blood pressure (BP) based on the 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM). </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Prevalence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) was 8 % in patients with WCH, and 26 % in patients with high BP (χ 2 = 4,9, p &lt; 0,05). The rate of increased intima-media thickness more than 0.9 mm was 11 % in WCH group, compared to 28 % among patients with verified arterial hypertension (HTN) (χ 2 = 3,9; p &lt; 0,05).
