Особое внимание уделено ингибитору ангиотензинпревращающего фермента лизиноприлу и тиазидоподобному диуретику индапамиду. Рассмотрены механизмы их действия и эффекты. На основании результатов многоцентровых рандомизированных клинических исследований представлены данные об антигипертензивной активности лизиноприла и индапамида и их влиянии на гипертрофию миокарда у лиц с гипертонической болезнью. Описаны потенциальные преимущества фиксированной комбинации лизиноприла и индапамида в лечении больных артериальной гипертензией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents current knowledge of рro- and antihypertensive mechanisms involved in the development of hypertension (HTN), and antihypertensive management strategies. Particular attention is paid to the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor lisinopril and thiazide-like diuretic indapamide. The mechanisms and effects are described. The paper discusses the results of multicenter randomized clinical trials, and the antihypertensive effects of lisinopril and indapamide and their impact on myocardial hypertrophy in hypertensive patients.
