Рассматриваются вопросы причин повышения активности симпатической нервной системы при гипертонической болезни и последствия этой активации в отношении поражения органов-мишеней, метаболических нарушений и отдаленного прогноза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper is dedicated to methods to assess sympathetic activity in humans and role of simpathetic nervous system in development and progression of arterial hypertension.
