Показан антигипертензивный эффект агониста имидазолиновых рецептором моксонидина и его положительное влияние па метаболические показатели и риск развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у данной категории больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the results of a follow-up and treatment of 30 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) accompanied by the persistent blood pressure elevation that requires continuous antihypertensive therapy and that is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
