Общее снижение коронарного резерва у больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) с высокими степенями обструкции коронарных артерий более выражено у больных с гипертрофией миокарда, что может приводить к снижению его функциональных свойств до и после прямой реваскуляризации миокарда. Некоторые показатели нагрузочных проб, в частности прирост двойного произведения, может косвенно указывать на снижение коронарного резерва у больных ИБС и артериальной гипертензией и иметь прогностическое значение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The baseline coronary blood flow and left ventricular contractility affects the results of functional tests after direct myocardial revascularization in patients with severe multivascular myocardial lesion and arterial hypertension. The overall reduction in the coronary reserve in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and high-grade coronary occlusions is most pronounced in patients with myocardial hypertrophy, which can cause a decrease in its functional properties before and alter direct myocardial revascularization.
